Early Career Teacher Sessions - Where’s the Engagement? Classroom Management Strategies to Boost Participation

What does classroom management look like in a CEGEP context? How can you set expectations for attendance and participation? How can you address disruptive behaviour in class…and what should you do about phones? In this session we will discuss strategies for managing our classrooms to make space for meaningful learning.

Open to: Aimed at early career teachers (teachers in their first five years of cegep teaching) but open to all levels of experience, educational roles and institutions.
